Nutty Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
¼ cup peanut sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cups green cabbage, shredded
½ cup carrot, shredded
½ cup jicama, cut into matchsticks
3 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
2 tablespoons scallion, chopped
Instructions
1. Mix the peanut sauce and rice vinegar in a bowl.
2. Add green cabbage, carrots, jicama, peanuts, and scallions, then toss together.
